Whilst at the National Garden Railway Show 2012, Round Robin was introduced to Linda from the FR....

During the week before Easter 2012, the RRV arrived in the exchange sidings near to Sheringham....

As the Shoema Diesel that shunts this yard is in the works, Stainz No 2 was hired from the Preservation Society to move RRV to its train....

RRV is shunted onto the weekly Fuel Oil train to Weybourne and Holt....

Train heads through the tunnel at Sheringham, along the UP Main, and slows for the signal at Quarry Jct....

The train continues on to Weybourne Station....

 

[Gizzy]

On arrival at Weybourne, RRV is detached from the train, which continues onwards to its next stop....

A 'Special Consignment' is loaded into RRV. Most of the other goods inside appear to be 'Livestock'....

Kof shunts a train comprising of logs, gravel and bricks onto RRV and its waiting 2095 loco, before returning to the yard....

'Wizzy' hauls its train along the Down Main, back towards Sheringham....

 

[Gizzy]

Train arrives in Sheringham, and RRV is detached....

RRV is shunted into the transfer sidings, ready for transhipment to the EM&BHR later on during the Easter holiday....

The rest of the freight train is propelled into the headshunt, to clear the platform road for the returning weekly Fuel Oil empties....

Having departed Holt on the Quarry Branch, the Bulk Fuel empties return to Sheringham via the Down Main line.
