Replacement square-ended axles for quartering?

I have been a little heavy-handed with a quartered wheel:

The axle is 3/16" and the square end ⅛". The ends are tapped, possibly 6BA, but this is less important.
Does anyone know where I might be able to buy a replacement?

Bingo! Thank you -they look exactly what I need -the crank pins are identical too, so I suspect these may have been the original supplier. Thank you -have a virtual pint on me!
