RCS is proud to announce the new TX-6 handpiece for Centre OFF battery R/C.

The TX-6 has 2 x cabs and can independently control 2 x locos at the same time from one handpiece.

You can bind as many locos as you wish to either cab.

The ESC on one cab can be reassigned to the other cab for double heading.

2 x sound system triggers for each cab. Suit MyLocosound and Phoenix P8. Other sound systems can be used.

They look good Tony.
Pardon my very evident ignorance Tony but why would these not be suitable for 'Live steam' locos.
The answer will obviously be staring me in the face....is it the 'centre' off?

Thanks for the compliment.

Well technically, yes, the TX-6 could be used for Live Steam.
If, for example, you only use the Johnson bar for Live Steam Centre OFF control, they could be used easily. In fact you could use two locos at the same time.
However, if you wanted to operate a live steamer with two servos, LOW OFF control, it is less user friendly.
The other RCS TX's available do the job better.

Looks very good Tony, this summer is seeing good service from my earlier purchases thanjs but the above is tempting. Yesterday I was using two handsets to top and tail a long freight. Great fun...
