This is the most high tech bender I have seen with a mind bender of a price though.

I bought one for rather more than a tenner but it does not work.
The profiles of the rollers don't match any rail profile I have found!

My railbender was shop bought, I think it had been used a couple of times. As I said, it does a really good job. I have marked some radii on my workbench so that I can check the curve is correct.
