That's actually standard modus operandi in a silicon valley start-up. Saves hiring tester or QA and gets you to market much more rapidly. You just have to nimble when the clients start calling and yelling at you.Seems like many companies do only limited testing these days and then expect the users of the apps to do the debugging for them by reporting faults / workarounds.
And now I know why I never got a reply to my 'conversation' starter.
