Piko Curved Points?

Hello,
Been to the DVRR today, Sandy was having problems with one of his curved points.
Most locos are stopping on the outer radius of the point, i'm guessing it's a similar problem as with there R3's?
Opened it up and looked at the wiring some where corroded.
My question is can it be fixed where it's made reliable and also have piko solved the problem with the rusting screws?
if so i think Sandy will just swap it for a newer one.
Oh and when i say some of sandys locos are stopping i mean some, because this beast doesn't..

sounds like piko point lergy philip.. yes it can be fixed ..
