Corona give me two things: a positive test and some time off
I made some changes to my boogies, a lot of changes, for smooth operation.
The most important ones where give more side to side clearance, making the journals(axle box) deeper and thus the axle longer and the use of some lube.

The wheel where the axle is coming out also increased in length:

With testing some results where really suprising.
Tested a variety of lubricants.

1 wd40
2 teflon
3 corn based oil
4 ? but it dissolves gunpowder and some grease.
5 fine lithium based grease
(6 7 and 8 will follow: 5w10 engine oil, compressor oil and fine silicone based oil)
Some worked better than the others, the best was wd40, just spray a little in the journal.
After smooting out the hole.
The test track were 2 sections of 1 meter 25 cm and one was raised at the end by 1.5 cm.
The goal was to let the gravity do its job, without a push, free rolling down the hill.
Wd40 had almost 1.5 meters in length and the lithium based grease barely left the first section.
Other experiments with bearings and hollow alu axles combined with all of those lubricants in any combination where a bit worse.
All of them did not leave the tilted track section.

So the best result was with extra clearance for the wheel, extended axle and wd40, now let time do its job and test them again next month, the same experiments are just outside to see what the weather is doing on them and the same are inside.
