Check the "debounce time" CV50...this should block the contact for x no of seconds after it triggers.
CVs 53/53, 63/64, 73/74 & 83/84 will set the delay period before the trigger indication is sent to the central station.
When two contacts trigger, both should be reported to the central station (AFAIK).
