John, you are absolutely right - we talk here about two totally different locos. Have a look on the technical data:

SUPER variant of the VII K built in 1941 for the
Rhodope Railway (just 5 locos). Quite impressive track - 3% grades with spiral tunnels etc around Avramovo.
Chrzanow (Poland) build another 10 locos with small wind deflectors.
Please compare the technical details - boiler pressure, speed, water, coal and tractive effort are higher than on a VII K
