LGB Mallet - ROCO 2-8-8-2

Yeah saw that last night. I do sympathise with the task of disposing of a deceased relative's collection when the the seller has little or no knowledge. Strange to have mislaid the tender though.

Think I'll pass. There's a much nicer complete one also for sale on ebay, really had to stop myself going for that one!
 
Shades of the topic 'Buyer Beware'. Know what you are bidding for, know your prices. Reading between the lines it appears in this case the seller certainly does not know his subject, rather than any attempt to deliberately deceive. No box, no tender...chassis for a conversion anyone????
