Leyland, Garstang and Burscough 2!

Photos 3 & 5 are simply outstanding. Great layout Netty.

Very nice photo's Dave

Great pictures Dave

I'm (mostly) feeling a bit more alive these days and have plans!! One of which, again from "Mike HM Murdock Duffy" is to put a backscene round 3 sides of the layout, similar to severel others on here and this would have made some of the piccys from today even better and possibly even realistic.

Plans include a low relief station building, station canopy, from plant labels and perspex that I happen to have come across, hill with possibly a stream, some lights on the bridge (stolen idea again!) and signals. All quite exciting for a bear of very little brain. It certainly lacks the finese of some of our more esteemed members (and Mels too) but I like it and it's just outside my back door waiting to be played with :bigsmile:

*edit, dammit, I can't direct link to forum upload photos! Imagine photo 3 above here...*

That's a cracker of a photo Dave :)

Backscene is a cunning plan- would stop Billy creeping into the background of all your photos

i know nothing about hacking phones, i can only say it was just the onsces, and a single employie and im not sorry

Good evening all  I had a bit of a Mel day today!! Saunter to the local pub to watch Preston get beat then home to do a few jobs, play and have tea in the garden. I really don't know how Mel manages it. A few piccys. I put up a new rain shelter but realized too late that it was too low to stand up under!!

A jolly good evening

So lets get this straight... you invited some girlies over to sit and eat chicken lumps (?) with token salad, while you sat under your canoe, played trains and surveyed your empire over a beer?

Sounds brilliant

Not only that, they made the chicken lumps (breaded mushrooms and cauli) with a rather tasty dip and brought some foreign alcoholic "stuff"!! Oh yes, I know how to give a girl a good time :rolf: Oh yes and really good flapjack from the local farm shop  Don't know how I cope:bigsmile:

your liveing high on the hog netty!

Oh yes! Birthday at the end of the month, 25 years at work and I've been a good lad I have ;) ;) ;) Time I had a treat ;)

Young ladies dont look too shabby either!!! lol:rolf::rolf::rolf:

I feel it's my duty to introduce them to English culture ;) and ancient Lancastrian customs  (big on customs these foreign types, very proud of their heritage, lacking a bit amongst a lot of English)

you is a bad lad netty:bigsmile::rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf:

OK, I can understand the going to the pub, watching your team get beat and coming home to run trains, I'm with you all the way on that. BUT inviting crumpet to sit around in front of an open bonfire!!!???? Why this is just going TOO far. You'll get us all a bad name ........................ like Wolves. :crying::crying::crying::crying:
