Cup? Surely a Preston North End drinking implement has GOT to be a mug?

Re. the mountain - I always thought they were made out of mole hills?

Hope this helps. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

More that you could ever imagine Mel :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

What a great use of space why have i not seen this before !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
re Your temp hill im thinking £50 will buy some thin ply........... some cheap pond liner from ebay and a bag of bark from B&Q

Cut plant pot shape holes in ply and cut ply to shape of frame..... cover in pond liner cutting out holes for pots.... place pots in holes so bush's are level with liner and just sticking out...................... cover the rest with bark................. hide sides with more plants in pots but so you can move to be able to lift up liner to get to track.............:thumbup:

Tony

Somthing along those lines is what was what I had in mind Tony, only using fake grass and making it undulating (TOP WORD) too. The plants are likely to get sunk into the mipex matting too :bigsmile:

Fake grass idea sound excellent to me mate. Maybe on a wire netting frame?

Sooooooo, if the mighty Wolves draw PNE in the FA cup, you come down here, I'll introduce you to the REAL theatre of dreams and you can have a HUUUUGE roll of really good netting that I've got here.

That sounds good Mel, ta! The only dream a PNE fan has is the heady heights of a nil nil on a wet Tuesday in Rochdale, oh the joy of it all. Will go look at Freds piccy again to cheer me up!!

Netty - I just adore that station throat shot with the reverse curves and loops all blending in. The old, much missed Manchester Victoria approaches in miniature! :thumbup:

Oh yes, that's the sort of look I was trying to achieve. If I'm still at this place when the sun is further round there should be some good early morning, late evening shots to be had. Now, who was it made that class 25, red bank parcels time :bigsmile:

That's a cool track plan Dave!

Lurve all those points and crossings.... :love:

A bit better than an architect who when we told him we were looking for extensive landscaping he submitted a drawing showing undulating green..........

tarmac!
He got v shirty when it was refused.:rolf:

Done a bit of ballasting today, only had two bags (Steves fault) but I think it makes a difference. That Duffy bloke is not as daft as we think he looks. The awful plastic grass stops the ballast from going all over the shop :bigsmile:
