Still waiting for the 90 days to pass ..... There´s been some tree planting and the introduction of passenger services on the line. Check out the Youtube link above for access to the Kent & North Wales Light Railway line.
 
Marvellous ! Cheered me up on a day when I'm feeling rough. I do like that railcar &van combination.

Check out the new Youtube pics of the Kent & North Wales Light Railway. Serious chisel-based engineering work was required to "adjust" clearances so that the VoR coaches pass without major problems ...

Hi there, many thanks for the kind comments. Just been down in the cellar trying to get another movie together. Should be finished by the end of the Easter break!

Not only a fantastic layout and collection of locomotives and rolling stock but you have some cracking sounds coming from your running sessions too!
The authentic 'chuff' of the locos has already been mentioned but I love the gear sound from the railcar and the metal wheels on the rail joints is superb; 1.26 on the video in particular.
Really enjoyed looking at this layout and look forward to more!

Thanks for the comments. More of an accident than design, as the HD video recorder I bought comes with an excellent microphone. And you´d be surprised what a difference recording indoors makes. And now I´ve got to go downstairs to the cellar to tidy up, otherwise Mrs K&NWLR will start making remarks ... might have a little run round with the green Darjeeling "B" which can be seen hiding under a tree in the final scene of this Easter´s film ....
