Hello all!

I'm about a year into construction of the Kingsbrook Light Railway, as part of wider landscaping and a 9000L pond because goldfish get big! So far the railway consists of about a 25ft passing loop and earthworks for a raised station area. Progress was quite reasonable up until the wet season, since then work on stock has involved lettering and weathering. And waiting for Accucraft brake vans. I model in 1:19 ish scale and 45mm gauge.

I have tried to take pictures at each stage of significant construction, so far is literally just the passing loop, but I will try!

Welcome to GSC, Nick!
As you're working in 16mm (ish), are you going to the 16mmNGA show at Peterborough on Saturday?

Jon.

Hello nick

Welcome to the forum Nick....

Oh yes, welcome to the madhouse. Your avatar looks as if you're on a boat somewhere?

Welcome!
9000 litres, oh my!

Welcome aboard, Nick.

Nick welcome

Hello Dave, Jon, Mike, Paul, Rhinochugger, Steve, Dan, and Jimmy! I would love to get to the Peterborough show, sadly my partner's work has been unhelpful with leave requests and we need to think carefully about where to go armed with a two seater buggy. A shame, as the three year old likes trains and baby falls asleep to YouTube videos of garden lines. Hopefully next year.
I'm not 100% sure which branch, or when, but the picture is definitely Burger King!
