Well I went out yesterday for the first time in a few weeks to do some garden clearing and discovered that some of my rolling stock that gets left out (with well protected metal work though) has got moss and algae growing on it. The cars are also getting more of a 'natural' weathering look as well (the 'green' look is probably not a wonderfully realistic one though :bleh: ).
I took a couple in to see if any of the plastic was suffering but nothing is any more brittle than before or warped.
So I have a feeling that my future paint weathering sessions might be less arduous than I had anticipated as some has been done already (bar the removal of the algae and moss!)

The logging cabooses would definitely have moss on the roofs in the wet season but the moss would be brown during the summer!
