V4 bogie and chassis complete, I think we have a winner! I'm ready to start adding lights and designing chassis for the coaches. I'm thinking I may go single axel on all the coaches except the observation car, V4 bogie in the rear since it will be the end.

Got the first test chassis and bogies for the coaches printed up. When the epoxy cures I will give it a go and see if I solved the single axel derailing dilemma lol...had room on the build plate to even toss on a little 0-4-0 tram engine.
For your single wheel in the coaches you may need to think about a centering system on this similar to how LGb achieve it with their couplings between vehicles, problems may arise on points with wheels at odd angles when running across point frogs.
Ok...so my brain told me "why not set the wheels up like casters!". Seemed to be a good idea, it was not lol. What I did do after that failed was crank the pivot shafts down and make them fixed wheels. This actually works fine so I will just design some fixed single holders and then start the couplers. I figured I'd just modify some Super Chief couplers. The video is fixed single axels on Big Hauler garbage track.
Small update...all chassis done, wheels fitted and test couplers installed! Once all the glue dries I'll link all the coaches and see if I need to add some length to the coupler arms. Once they are working I'll fit the wheel covers, paint them aluminum and start fitting the leds!
