After being inspired by the Lisbon narrow-gauge tram running in Alaska via generator trailer thread I decided I would build one.

The basis for the generator is:

But with some changes to make it look more like a generator than a box. The wagon will be an IP Engineering Flat Bed Wagon Kit:

We recently took a trip on the Bure Valley Railway in Norfolk.

They have a Generator car in each of their coach consists, very similar to the JCB example and mounted on a rolling chassis. They are painted in the same livery as the carriages....

Well, it's now finished, or as finished as it is going to be, marked as a JCB as suggested, colour! after checking it would seem that JCB has used a number of different yellows, so rule 8 :):

Coupling to the tram, I was concerned that my smallest curves Aristocraft 3ft radius would be to tight, but on a quick test all is fine:

That you for showing the wagon attached to the tram, it's a great help to understand the size of the wagon and generator.
