This is my first build of a g-scale rail car, I built the car as a result of a research project I had been working on.
The wood was a piece of scrap I found and milled down, the glad hands are from ozark minis, the couplers are from Kadee, and the trucks I believe are from Bachman, the trucks are very nice, and I think may have simply been luck.
The boat is a 27 foot triple cockpit, heavily modified Chris Craft from Dumas.
I hadn’t built a model in almost 8 months so I wanted something that would be very easy to build, and the boat was perfect, and what’s a boat without a trailer?E35F9BCD-63BB-4D6A-A84D-09228144D372.jpegD862C1CE-D0D5-4A78-B6B6-80C0A0CBA6BE.jpeg33ED00AD-1C7B-4C50-B4FD-3FE550236BB9.jpeg58085B3B-EF0D-400D-969A-A7ABD5E06115.jpeg

That’s exactly how I feel when I look at the rail cars on the auction sites, it’s been most terrifying awaiting another car that has no detail, and even the parts are not worth having.
I have a large collection of heavy equipment that need trailers.
