Boxcab Build, GRS Kit

Windows and false backs installed in the engine compartment. UHU glue used to stick the windows in place, doesn't mist the windows, but leaves stringy trails all over the place:

Electronics installed.

Such a tight fit, i'll have to come up with a new way to attach the body and roof. I was going to attach the body to the roof and have it as a single removeable unit, but now need to be able to remove the roof seperately.

The sound is great too - having fitted the windows, it has alot more bass, can't really tell where it is coming from - out through a hole under one of the cabs. :)

That really is a superb model.

Must add to the list of projects......might get it started in 2012!

Absolutely the muts nuts Doug, excellent piece of work

If you click on the kit number (DG292) on the webpage, it takes you through to the pricelist with the kit highlighted.

Not the most obvious way of doing it, but their website is a bit unusual!
