Hi Everyone

This is not a review or a plug as such, just a mention that Forum member silverfox, Roger Mannion, has just had a book published in conjunction with Garden Railway Specialists, entitled 'A Down To Earth Railway. It is an A4, 149 page, paperback, comprehensive beginner's guide to all aspects of creating a G Scale garden railway. I give it a mention for purely altruistic reasons, he has used 15 of my photographs as illustrations in the book. All of my photos that he used were previously posted in the Coffee Lounge and can be found in the Media Album 'David's Pic of the Day'. Full accredition was given.

Having seen some of my photos in the book, I requested a copy from Roger as per his request to use photos from the site, and mine arrive today, and like David1226 David1226 my photos are also credited.

I assume the rest of you who have photos in this book have requested your FREE copy :)

Yes, was given credit and free copy.

It’s pretty good read too. Well done sir.

Problem is without a look how would we know we have pictures in?
