Another couple of weeks have passed.
This thread started as a landscaping thread and we are back there this fortnight.

Walls nearly finished, the right hand end will be finished later on. The area to the right will eventually be dugout to match.
The blocks were bought last year to extend Langwies station. Amazingly there was just enough to use them here instead. Capping is a different story, this wall is much longer and shorter than Langwies would of been. Will have to get more before winter when we get most of our rain.
I decided extending Arosa station instead of Langwies station, will be a better use of the blocks. I will be able to get a operating railway going with a longer Arosa station.
Langwies will get extended some time in the future.
20mm blue metal is the cheapest way to cover the ground to stop the weeds growing.
The dirt from here was used in some raised garden beds around the yard.
The pile of broken concrete is to go in as fill for Langwies station, guess it will be a "feature" in the yard for a good while.

Arosa station will be 6.5m x 1.2m, pretty short but I am running out of room to extend any further. So I will make it work.
It will be a raised baseboard, I have already scavenged all the metal and timber for the framing.

These dwarf conifer cuttings, started many months ago. Have all got roots now and have been potted on into these pots. 47 worked so pretty happy about that, there are 4 different types.
They will bring some much needed greenery to the railway. Not as quickly as bigger bought ones, but they are much more budget friendly.
By the time I am ready to extend the station area they will be ready to plant out.

I got the last bit of platform glued in and the ballasting finished here.
If the weathers good tomorrow I will get the last of the green foam painted black and the dust glued down to match the rest.
