Looking to source motor / gearbox / power-bogie for Aristo SD45..
Not having much luck, so far.

Any ideas?
TIA,
PhilP.

Hi Phil
Try Navin (he used to work at Aristocraft and now runs the Crest electronics arm) at Crest electronics.
During the break-up of Aristocraft I was able to get some new GP40 blocks from him.

Thanks Mike..
Email sent. Will see if he/they can suggest a source.

Hi Phil I spoke with Navin at the York show in the fall here in the US and he had them in stock then. If he is out I have several new ones in my inventory.

Thanks Mike.. Navin has stock, so I will not need to deplete your 'stash' at the moment.

Would you know of a source of exploded diagrams / part numbers for Aristo items? - The links I have found so far fail when you follow them.
Am working on the SD 45 and a Dash 9 at the moment.. The Dash 9 definitely has the handrail(s) missing from all down one side, and I think the coupler mountings have been altered, as there is a long bolt from the 'footplate' either end right down through the coupler. The couplers at articulated, but very stiff as well.
