Hi Peter, thanks for the compliments. The 'depot' is in fact part of the Heinz pickle works and the women are on the late shift being watched over by a bit if a jobsworth foreman!

Cheers Richie yes I particularly like the last one.
I will try to get another one with more of the tail of lit coaches....

Re:A little night running

Hi Shawn
Well I have certain areas of the country around BeaverCreek where oil lamps are the name of the game. Some old timers still are living by the warm glow......

Re:A little night running

Hi Roly
Well, you are more than generous with your compliments and I thank you sir...but I feel that my efforts are pretty meagre when compared to the likes of Ray Ray Dunekin and also layouts like Nicolas Trudgian's Southern Cross......I can only dream of being that good..........:(
But I do enjoy trying.....:D

Re:A little night running

Well it is a few months on and the evenings have drawn in and good weather is at a premium. I was pottering around testing an Annie to see how much she could pull up my inclines with, and without, the assistance of a motorised combine. The light was fading fast and I thought that as I hadn't taken many shots while our 'evening' open day session was on, I would rattle a few off.
The layout lighting is almost complete with a few pole mounted lights and a few building outside wall lights to add.

I apologise if the positions of the shots are getting a bit similar to some that I have posted already.

First the Quarry line got my attention:

Terrific pics, Mike - I know how good the layout looks "in reality", but these photos just make it look even better still!

Thank you for the really kind and encouraging words lads.

Hopefully I will get the 'Farm' area finished sometime (with its own lights etc) as ArrowHead township is now ready for the complete makeover due to the shuttle line becoming a reverse loop.
