It now being April, here's the March project as it now stands:

Decided it is time to get the water tank fixed to the loco shed tower. I'm going to give the epoxy 24 hours to cure before filling gaps between the tank and tower with putty. Meanwhile, I'm going to dress up the access balcony a bit so it looks less like a styrene plate hanging unsupported in the air.
