Got the footings situated and leveled for one of the two bridges that carries the track over a normally dry creek through Fog Bottom. The rocks actually fill a 14" deep trench, which is the drain for the grey water that waters the trees in the island the railroad is built on. The footings go to the bottom of the trench, where they rest on a bed of pea gravel. Now that the bridge is situated, I can put in the road bed to support the track on either end of the bridge. Eventually, there will be at least two bridges, and maybe three
