You need their US site but they don't seem to currently have the same promotion:

If you're going to use the playmobil US site, you ought to sign up to their mailing list through their web site, because they often send coupon codes in email through it. They send 25% off coupons about 2 or 3 times a year, and 30% off about once every 2 or 3 years. Some of the mailing list coupons are not available otherwise, and it will also keep you informed of regular sales.

The UK site seems to have train items. I can't find any on the US site.

I'm on the mailing list for the USA site, so I already receive their promotion notices. Like I said in my answer to Steve's post, trains are almost nonexistent on the USA site.

They have the worst website layout.
Train stuff is under the "city action" and "transport" categories. Also check the "western" category for the water tower and windmill.
