Using Acrylic paints in hotter climates..tip

A decorator mate of mine gave me this tip about using acrylics.

Spray the work area with water, and then use the paint to build up to the consistency you want.

This gets round the old problem of paint "drying on the brush". Yes, I know you could water down the paint, but you then don't always get the coverage you need.

I tried it today and it worked real good.

Simplez maybe, but saved me some time!

Chris,
That sounds like a great tip. Even applicable in old Blighty when we have a hot Summer.

When was that then? ;D ;D ;D

......."We used to DREAM of living in a hole in the road" etc etc. Cardboard boxes etc - I'm sure the Python Fans here can pick up on this one.....
