To be correct, Kader has all the tooling... Kader owns Bachmann... Kader sells to other "manufacturers" like USA Trains. Bachmann does not.
Monies owed in reference to Aristo was Aristo owed Kader... Aristo never owed Bachmann.
It has been reported by USA Trains employees (actually owners) that the difficulty with the streamliners is getting the extrusions done again. Clearly this means they did not get that tooling from Kader.
And Aristo did indeed pay money to make the tooling and did not own the tools, and they admitted this in their forum, and indicated this was less expensive than owning the tooling. So financially it was beneficial since they were not in a position to pay to own the tooling.
