I doubt that we shall ever see this in the UK although I know that pre and immediately post WW2 modified redundant buses and sometimes Scammels were used for this.
It gets more serious around 4mins 10secs.

Interesting to see the near constant movements of the plough, make an interesting excersize of control in our scale on a model.
