thanks i enjoyed that #3 a great deal
i think its an amazing work -lots of line -lots of 'scale" ie the perception of distance, height,
nice spacing of building -and details but not overwhelming
technically superb- i was impressed with the arrival of the electric rack and the very realistic slow down into the station
i kind of agree its a backyard train set in that it is concetrated-but, in watching the onoard ca-the plants are beautifully scaled and placed-to me it looks lovely , if not nestled unobtrusively in a vast garden (which IS also more to my taste)
i only wish i only needed a single diesel and yellow plow to get though the snow on my line !
however that second one gizzy posted blows my mind-just amazing
and while not as detailed, in some aspects, like the shot ot the town center adn the little roads and neatly spaced trees (which might in fact be very accurate in Germany) -the overall impression is fantastic-
both really show what can be done when its 'damn the torpedos'
