The Ochsenwaldbahn II, it all starts again.

It also slips quite readily.

Fantastic weather again - and not a lot booked for today. I need to cut the lawn - not grass but blooming weeds and trees growing in it.
The grass has stopped growing in this weather but not the damn weeds.

Anyway - on to the trains. I had a bit of a Harz day -

Mallet passes a standard gauge box wagon waiting on a rollwagen transporter.

Love it...how often do you clean your track

Ha ha - about once a month.

Very nice, Alan - though with my Pedant Hat firmly in place I think that's Pfiffi, not Fiffi.....
With this weather, I fear the Fire Train might be needed for real!

;)

Jon.

Never really tried to Max out one of my 2-10-2's, must give it a whorl though not sure that I can manage Load 21 Bogies. May just about scrape 16 without digging stuff out of the loft.

Time flies, last August since my last post. My first running for over a month, unlike me but I've been under doctors orders. A quick circuit with the LGB track cleaning loco and all is well. I thought I may have the odd bad joint, but no.

It has been rather a wet winter down here - certainly since Christmas. A few dryer days recently and warmer - the grass needed cutting - in February!
Piccys from a couple of running sessions recently.

Keith, my local G Scaler, popped round yesterday for a running session. He brought some nice toys with him.

She looked grand with some of my suitable rolling stock.
