Tetradeca Headed NA class!

That's amazing. I was going to buy one but had to cancel when I found it was too big to go round the curved viaduct and tunnel on my railway.

Yes, they are big models for what we know of as a small 30" gauge locomotive. Imagine how big they would be if correctly scaled for 45mm gauge track. A 30" gauge locomotive would have to be scaled near 1:16.9. A compromise was made at 1:19 so they would look OK with other models but they're still fairly large for layouts that only cater for smaller locomotives.
They run fine on 45mm track and look great with the US 1:20.3 rolling stock. It was a bit silly to offer a 32mm gauge version as they are way too big for this gauge at 16mm scale.

Tac, I think this was at Gordon Watson's place (Argyle Loco) later in the day after the Great Southern Steam Up.
Apparently there were about 140 Accucraft NA's produced so there are many strays out there still.
The Steam up after the GSSU in 2016 was at the Argyle Olinda residence of Michael and Leslie Ragg. It was a very civilized function, wonderfully catered with a string and Piano trio playing light Classical music. .
Not sure exactly how many NA's were made, but I converted # 152, an electric version, to battery R/C.
