I worked out the length of the sidings I need for my Brewery site,I had got a pair of grain hoppers this week from a nice member in Omaha, this let me work out the car length and as I also got two brewery reefers this week it all started to work out,

and the length of my industrial site , the tank cars I also got from Omaha were perfect and the NYC tank car fit perfect,

It was so cold by mid afternoon frost was forming on the tankcars so a clear up was done

I gave the work to my 44 tonner,it was running on solar power ,I was running on porridge,
ad766534efb2410cbb613b3080976858.jpg

I also discovered why some of my stock was running poorly,,it was
the plastic wheels, they had worn down so much they had grooves in the treads , no wonder they were derailing constantly,

[align=center]Hi Richie am still shivering, my landlord thinks I am mad, was outfrom first light today, the solar panel is keeping the batteries topped up nicely, the branch line is totally derelict, the exchange yard that was Mechanichville is no more, my bridge has gone and even more track needs to be lifted Monday, no wonder railways go bust, blahh!

Hi Pete - nice pics (as usual). I just wondered where your battery is or what type it is. Last winter I left my 12volt battery in the trailer and the electrolite froze (mind you, so did the water to the house). Battery cream crackered. Just a thought.

Do like the shots of the flat cars with loads how about this one (No good on my curves would wipe out every body stood on the lawn  )

Looks like the guy standing in top of the loco has a plank to help ease any low cables
