Steamlmotor Scratchbuilt (My AVATAR)

Find enclosed a few photos of construction of my scratchbuilt steam railmotor I made a couple of years ago ! On an other thread I have on here a lot of comment about my Avatar so here are a few photos of during construction and finished . Loco unit was completely scratchbuilt using old Playmobil chassis new valve gear and various parts headlights from
Bachmann Annie etc . Coach section old playmobil coach with a lot of extras and glazing and upholstered seats using some old vevet material all fully lit and with a massoth decoder also jumber cables to power other coach lights all wheels pickup.

That's a nice build! Very plausible looking with a lot of character. It's like a steam tram motor and trailer combined into a single unit.

I like steam tram motors, I made one too using an LGB Stainz motor block.

That's a great looking model. I have often looked at 'similar' prototypes and thought they would be good to model.
You've done a great job.
