One for you Stainz guru's. I have just picked up a 20212 Stainz with sound, smoke etc. It has a screw missing from the valve gear, which I thought I would be bound to have lying around in my tat box. No such luck....

I cannot find an exploded parts diagram for a 20212 though, for love nor money. It is completely different to all of my other Stainz loco's. Any suggestions as to where to get one would be more than welcome.

It could be. How large across is the head? This is a tiny little thing. The smaller of the two in the photo.

This may be of help to you. I have a 20212 that was part of a set. while looking for a exploded diagram I came across the following:
https://www.trainli.com/page/lgb-engine-pdf
Take a look at 22212-1.

So far I have found no differences. Sometimes USA and UK locos have different numbers on them, it can also be useful to search by set number.
Hope this helps.

Paul. (UK)
