I believe Gareth (3 Valve) still has it. It's due to be visiting here next but Gareth has been real busy at work

Hi Colin
If you happen to get it from Gareth by Saturday would be nice to have it run on Rockery Ridge

The round robin box car paid a visit yesterday to Rockery Ridge on the hand over from Gareth to Colin

Hey lads when is it goin' to get down to East Anglia or South East?

In August our lot will visit the wilds of Norfolk from Lancashire and might just squeeze it in the landy. He dosen't know yet but MMTS will get a visit, shhhh, don't tell him. With a bit of luck, Chris too so that could be a way down or back from there. I suspect it may have to be in the UK for quite a while to get everywhere.
We could do with a map of where it's been if anyone is clever enough:bigsmile:

Well it finally stopped raining here in Sunny Shropshire so the boxcar got a run on the evening mixed freight today

Maybe the Southern and Eastern regions?

Should be arriving with me on Wednesday - for a run this coming weekend on the EJ&KLR. I propose we get a decent list together on the PM system of where it's going next so that as it visits each railway everyone knows where it's going to? It makes sense for it to go around the North West for a few weeks, and then perhaps to the North East, then Scotland? then back down to the South East - and then where else HASN'T it visited in the UK?

I picked it up from Bob today - good to meet you Bob - hope you made some progress on track laying. It'll be visiting the EJ&KLR next weekend, I'll grab some snaps...

Then at the moment I'm taking it over to Bruce on the HH&DLR later in July...

Unless there is anyone else around here (East Cheshire) that wants a go before then!

Yep James! Track laying finished, except for the turntable spur, that'll have to wait till I get another set of points.

Good to meet up at last.

Whilst Bruce uses No.2 to shunt the Round Robin box car into the transit siding ready to take over to Chester, Geoff checks over the paperwork whilst supping a coffee. No tea here, not far north enough! Anyhow Geoff has checked over the wagons condition, but then finds some stow-aways on board and no paperwork for how they crossed the border. Oh dear, he fears an afternoon of form filling awaits...
