I can't find anything about a Roco 1075 system - did you mean 10775?
Funnily enough I was just looking at a post on an N gauge forum about the 10775. My initial impression is that it's intended for 3 wire solenoid style motors not the reversible DC of the LGB point motors (or Kato for that matter). The instruction sheet specifically says it is for dual coil point motors and can only drive "motor drives" indirectly via a relay (because the 10775 cannot reverse the output polarity)

Obviously there are LGB and Massoth units designed to drive LGB point motors. Other accessory decoders which can drive reversible DC two-wire systems are available. As you're in the US, you might be interested to know that I use NCE SwitchKat decoders with my LGB point motors (designed for Kato motors which use the same 2-wire system as I mentoned).
