Replacing LGB point motor terminal block.

I've been maintenance work on some point motors. All has gone well apart from one where the top of one of the terminal screws has been mangled and is rusted in. I've read about how the terminal block was replaced on a similar Piko motor, but don't know where I can acquire a suitable replacement.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Or you can dispense with the terminal block and solder a long lead to the coil instead....
