The tipper wagon (art. 25438) by Regner looks quite good. But it seems expensive at €225. Does anyone have one? And is it worth the money?

No longer in production but if you can find some of the HLW hopper kits, they are as cheap as chips....

If you can afford to spend the cost of a cheap loco on a skip wagon probably, but unless it's made of gold, for us mortals, no. Binnie do 16mm ones for less than £15

I know its a bit off topic, so apologies. Howsabout getting a 3D printer and bodge your own? It could be a whole new world!
I think these cost about a couple of quid, if that, including the Binnie wheelsets.
Theyre a bit rusty as some of the sewage they carry is.....er....sloppy.
Stand back a bit and squint, they look just fine.

Heck, now I'm wondering if the €225 is a misprint.

The obvious answer is to contact Regner and just ask, but the idea of doing so scares me a little....

I found 3 mfg's of tipper cars, unfortunately HLW and Playmobil no longer make these.

Playmobil 4112 - Tipper Car, these had 2 tipper bins.
LGB also made single bin tipper cars in red and in light grey.

The PM 4112 can command some silly prices on Ebay, I got mine sub £30 and was upset at what it cost. Of course these days it would get less money due to the revisions I have made to it and all my PM wagons. Link shows PM thread and includes my mods Post#1.
