So initially to say this is just a toe dip back in the water exercise at present, given my last post in the daily chat. O.K.

So a while back I was on the look out for some replacement H/lamp Bezels for the one lost from the older Crok.

So I found these...

Located in France and promptly bought both pairs at a cost of just over £30, as he doubles the postage. That was at the beginning of August.
So fast forward to last week, and still no dispatch, so a nudge was required, which generated, this, pulled from my emails, which arrived after the refund hit my account.

So now they are for sale again, and no contact from the seller in line with the above, someone is pulling a fast one I think.

Wonder what would had happened if I had been on his side of the Channel.

More the pity, as I do want a set, and yes it may have been over the odd price wise, but I did pay and he held onto my money for three weeks,

Should I try to buy again and see what happens this time? Mind you I have left a negative feedback on his account, so maybe that will not be a good idea.

This was something I felt needed peoples attention drawn to, still undecided if I will re join the general chat again.

Toying with the idea of doing an "railway thread" update post with photos as there is progress in the passing loop build.

Yes, please do keep us in the loop :D, (not often you hear a driver say that!!) You've laid more track than I've thought about laying lately, I really should follow your example :)
 
Not wanting to be a spoil sport, appreciate the comments, but having raised the point, and now as we are drifting,
maybe this thread has served it's initial purpose.
 
Sorry to bump this dead topic, but I have had a request to revise my negative feedback.

So I was only too happy to oblige.

The new feedback is longer than the first and reads;-

Revised feedback as per sellers request. L acheteur a été remboursé pour non disponibilité. The item was not available and refunded, correct. But that was after a prompt from me for none dispatch three weeks after buying and paying for them. Was advised they were lost, but would be told if they turned up. They are now for sale again (4 Sept 23) but no such communication from the seller. Maybe It s because the seller does not want to post items to the UK. My score of 0/10 still stands.

That should just about cover it, Entente Cordiale, maybe not.:eek:
