John the other option is to email them to yourself and choose the medium option, usually second one down which gives a file size of approx 140-170kb, if there`s 4 images you email then it`ll show as around 550-600kb.
Once you`ve received them, save them to the camera roll and you`ll be able to post them. One thing is it turns out that certain photos may flip upside down if you take them with the camera in landscape so you need to check which way up that is.
This was taken with the home button on the right, if it`s showing the wrong way up on a PC then I`ve got the phone upside down. The iPhone appears to compensate and put them right but not Microsoft
