Points on inclines

Due to space (or lack of) it would be useful to place a peco G-45 point on an incline.
Is this a bad idea or will I get away with it (I know its suicidal with r1s but these points are much bigger)?
 
Should be Ok Ed, as long as you keep it level crosswise, or at least only VERY slightly off towards the turn.

Ive decided to build a lower level return to my loop, but it will need to climb to rejoin at the terminus. Just ordered the track (since ebay seems to sell second hand track at a few pounds less than new!?!; Ive gone with new stuff, as its so much easier to lay).
