Plug For Massoth

Had a problem with my 1200Z recently - display first went bonkers, then showed lots of white boxes and then failed to display anything. Navigator was still working OK, however.

Contacted Peter Ting at Massoth and arranged to ship the device over to Germany for servicing. They replaced display plus another component they spotted was broken (I wasn't aware of this), shipped back and all is now OK (as confirmed by some on site testing).

Good service and some very helpful tips as well from Peter; overall a good customer experience for me.

This is a plug for Massoth.....:rolf::thumbup:

Hahaha, yes, that was my first thought too when I read the post title - I though someone was looking for a plug.... :rolf:

Nice to hear you got good service though, they seem to be a bunch of very good people at Massoth - I just wish their R&D was a bit faster, and that they could keep up with customer demand!

Jon.

:(:(:(:( - Ooops!

Showing my age, I'm afraid - growing up listening to Alan "Fluff" Freeman ("Hi there, pop pickers!"). I believe an appropriate current day phrase might be "Kudos for Massoth" - need to ask my kids!

I don't think my sense of humour is warped Jon, its worse than that :)

Plug away to your hearts content Phil.....I just couldn't resist....

What can I say? The messages have made me chuckle - glad to see we're all in a good mood as the weekend approaches and the sun shines (well, it is here anyway).

Bizarrely, I do need some plugs for my red and blue leads! (I'd like to have a way of connecting power to the track that lets me leave a couple of short leads permanently connected to the track and then I can quickly plug in the corresponding leads from the 1200Z.)
