Hi Girls & Boys,
I hav'nt posted for some time, so I thought someone maybe interested in my winter project.

I have collected over the years some playmo railway items for when I have little visitors, The RCs are for them to control so their not walking around with a Massoth Navi. Anyway late last year one of the little darlings made an official complaint to the management (the wife), "Why is it that the GOOD trains all have sound, but the KIDS stuff doesn't" from a 6 year old.....

So I looked into the complaint. There was no way on earth I was going put Massoth LS in them all. After some time on the net I purchased a single MRC 1701 decoder for testing. To cut a long storey short, All the electric playmos now have sound. So I've posted the links to my videos of them, Hope all the little ones out there enjoy!. Sorry about the wind.

Tony.

That's excellent! I've got a few of the Playmobil models myself, and I'm planning on doing some tinkering to make them a little more grown up.

Still need to sort out my DCC system to get the most out of the sound.

Be careful that you do not overload the locomotives as this will strip the gears and they are not available from Playmobil. The cost on eBay is quite high.

Nice collection !

Nice work! I also note that you have successfully integrated No.3A with the railway ;)

The first clip was a one off and down hill, but your right. I'm not going to be pulling all of them again. I've worked out how much each can pull up my grades.
thank for the advise.
