LOT 1 and LOT 2 SOLD
Lot 1 Modified Cattle Truck £25 with LGB Wheels plus £2.95 postage.
This has had the Platform Cut off as I was intending to modify it to use as a Tralee and Dingle type of Cattle Car when into Irish Modelling. You can see the changes in the pictures which are for both of the Wagons. The wheels are LGB Solid ones and each Wagon has just 2 buffers (original had 4 but I have used the others elswhere) but the required 2 Coupling Hooks. None of these will be refitted to save possible damage in transit.

Lot 2 another the same as Lot 1.

Would you swap a roof for an original roof? I'm pretty sure I have one but will check tomorrow. I also know someone who may be interested in one or both. I'll let him know they are for sale.

Jon, I'm wanting a cattle truck to go with my LGB Toytrain stock and I think the Playmobil body might fit on to an LGB ToyTrain chassis. I have a goods van body which I will do a trial fit with this week and then get back to you.

If you get a buyer(s) in the meantime,, that's not a problem.

Gordon,
Not sure why you would need to swop to a ToyTrain Chassis as the chassis has LGB compatible couplers ready to work ok. You can see that I have put new buffer beams on so would only need a centre buffer to complete and could include a couple of the cut off PM ones to suit. I have some other PM wagons that I run with no issues of compatibility with running or coupling. Have done a quick check and the TT wagon chassis is 5mm longer than the PM body.

It's not a matter of compatibility, Jon, it's the possible use I had in mind. However, I'd like both waggons please.
