It's a Peter spoerer Electron 12 6 - 24 v 12 amp With Cruise Control Shrink wrapped
I used it as the basis for a wireless controller but it's now no longer needed.
I will include the project box for free if the purchaser wants it.

I've cut the connectors of the end, but the will be labelled, I've also got the old connectors
You will need to supply a transmitter, receiver, fuse as you would for any RC installation.
