Train going fine whilst im watching it... go in to make a coffee and a coupling gets stuck on a platform and hey-presto 2 sets of 4 "divvots" in the track, but nowhere near as bad as the picture!!

It may have been an R/C helper that lost contact with the head loco.
Head loco stopped but helper carried on.......just a guess....don't know for sure.
