The weather is much warmer now, with sunshine - mostly - even if windy.
I decided it was time to build a new freight terminal for the O&NF RR. It is of all heavy timber construction with roofing slates for the roof. It is substantial and heavy: should last for some years. ;)

The Grand Opening had to be postponed on Tuesday - poor weather. But yesterday was a summer day in all respects.
The pics show the new depot in its permanent home and in use. ;)

[style="color: #0000ff;"]Since taking the 'pics (with a mobile 'phone (I don't have a camera) I have extended the depot siding by a further six inches. (rock prevents anything longer ;)). This means that three 40ft. cars can be spotted there without any fouling the tunnel line. Apart from locos the only rolling stock longer are two 100T coal hoppers so almost all of my stock could be stabled there.
