Hi all
I'm thinking of converting a piko railbus to gauge 3. I've looked at motor gearbox options and I'd like to use the cheap ip engineering one. However, I'd also like to use GRS gauge 3 wagon wheels. Here's my issue. The IP gearbox drives a 3mm axle but the wheels take a 4mm axle. Now I could drill these to 5 or 6 mm but need some adapters ( are they called bushes?) to be able to fit the smaller axle- only need two. Is anyone able to make some or have any ideas what I could use? I have a bench drill, and planned on using locktite to fix it all together.
