If by programmer unit you mean the insert with four cables: green/yellow cable to link to transformer power supply; brown/white cables to an MTS switch decoder or an unpowered programming track. Then this is in the photo to the left and is included with both units I have for sale. All parts/cables originally supplies with these are included.
